Vice President of Telecom Systems and Solutions
David Grigonis has 23 years of experience in the wireless services industry as a specialist in tower site development and management. As Vice President of Telecom Systems and Solutions of Level-Up Companies, David uses his proven communication and business development skills to facilitate the development of a wireless asset program focused on incorporating wireless utilities into sites. David holds a Bachelor of Science in GIS from the University of Maryland.
Brett Kozlowski
Vice President of Strategic Growth and Development
Brett is a results driven sales strategist with a 23 year track record of delivering high performance professional services with expertise in EV, Telecom and Staffing verticals. He has over 15 years of consulting in Start-Up environments, a champion for business plan alignment, a successful history for improving operational performance, implementing strategic growth initiatives, working with partners, and building high performance teams.
DUSTIN BAILEY
WIRELESS SERVICES PRACTICES AREA LEADER
Dustin offers 20 years of experience in concept planning, production management, and construction phase services within Land Development and Telecommunications. He helped develop Foresite Group’s firm-wide CAD Standards and Design Handbook, and has been the project manager/design lead for CVS/pharmacy, Family Dollar, Chase Bank, Target, Publix, all major National Wireless Providers, as well as SouthernLINC regional development programs. Dustin’s excellent communication skills and business development experience ensure projects flow smoothly from start to completion and opportunities are never missed.
